At Dynamic Barcelona Sauna, returns are simple. You have a full 30 days after purchase to return your sauna for any reason — no complicated forms, no restocking fees, no stress. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

If your Dynamic Barcelona sauna isn't the perfect fit for your home, just let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return for a full refund of the product price.

Faulty or damaged items — easy returns

If your sauna arrives damaged, defective, or develops a fault, we make returns and replacements completely hassle-free. Just send us a message with a quick photo or description and we'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned sauna. We'll keep you posted every step of the way.
